Recipe: Crockpot Nacho Dip

Not the best photo, but I was too hungry to set anything nicer up!

To say we love this stuff is an understatement!

I first tried this dip while at my cousin's and we'd found it hidden in the garage refrigerator. I'm fairly certain it created monsters. We savored every bite we had without eating too much that someone would notice.

Since then I've made this recipe countless times for family, friends, and just Jimmy and I.

I don't follow an exact ingredient amount at this point and just end up tossing everything together without measuring. I usually double the recipe seeing as nobody can resist the temptation of devouring it.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese (I tend to use a Mexican blend)
Bag of your favorite tortilla chips

Combine soup and cheese in crockpot. Set to high. Brown meat and onion until meat is fully cooked. Drain. Follow instructions as per taco seasoning packet. Stir meat into the crockpot. Dip is ready once cheese is completely melted. I check frequently until I deem it done because I can't stand waiting any longer. You can serve immediately or let it cook together longer on low.

Week 6

 Check out her rockin' hairdo!

 Babysitter Sandy!

Sunny really just likes sleeping on her blankets.

15 years old and you'd really think she would have figured out how to sleep on a bed.

This made me crack up. I was uploading newborn photos of Cora onto Facebook when this happened. It's part of an octopus (maybe? not sure what exactly it was) on her blanket and it's not even a face.

Week 5

Sandy is not all that good at the whole "laying on the toddler mattress" thing.

Labor day dinner! BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes, bourbon and brown sugar baked beans, green beans, potatoes chips, and onion dip.
